Job Description:
* Welcome all visitors to the dealership, give them a tour of the dealership, introduce them to the management, inquire about their interests, treat them as guests in your own home. Help customers find the right product for them and present the features, the fun, the excitement and the lifestyle.
Duties:
* Understands motorcycles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting motorcycles.
* Understands customer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
* Demonstrates motorcycles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking rides; explaining warranties and services.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
* Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
Harley-Davidson Enthusiast with great telephone skills, a good listener with good verbal communication, a great customer focus, and a dedication to developing product knowledge.
