Essential Duties and Reponsibilities: Motorcycle Sales Associate
Sell new and pre-owned motorcycles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
Help the Sales Department contribute acceptable levels of gross margin and net.
Use an effective, customer service oriented sales process
Maintain a clean, attractive, and efficient sales floor

Keep current with sales techniques, products, industry trends, and competitive issues

Demonstrate an interest in growing the sales of Major Units and exceeding quotas on a regular basis

Qualifications and job requirements
An approachable, likeable personality
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated closing skills
Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson and Buell motorcycles and other products and services sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to balance and push a motorcycle weighing as much as 750+ pounds
Requires standing and /or walking for extended periods of time
