"I had my 883 Sportster Custom in for the 10,000 mile service and Jill the service writer was excellent. She always had a smile on her face and answered all my questions and concerns. She came and checked with me when the mechanic indicated that I needed a new front tire. The service overall on the bike was excellent as usual.
With people like Jill working at Skip Fordyce, it is the reason it is only dealership I will go to, for service, parts, accessories and my next HOG (Heritage Softail Classic). Skip Fordyce is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I am on my 3rd Harley."

"I came in to look for a helmet that suited my needs better than my current helmet (eating too many bugs). Kacie helped me and she was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very personable. I enjoyed my time spent shopping and felt like I was given every opportunity to make the right choice for my needs. I was surprised to get a card from Kacie in the mail the next day, with personal comments that showed she remembered me and my purchase, plus she enclosed a loyalty program card for me. I did not feel like I was pressured into buying my bike but Ron was concerned in whether I fit the bike and gave me several choices and to which one I was the most comfortable on and what my plans were with it.. Fatima, great greeter, always had a smile and was willing to listen. Morgan made recommendations for accessories that I was looking for. "I've been a customer for approximately 3 years now. Everytime I've been in your store either to ask a question, purchase parts or apparel my experience has always been pleasant. Most recently I purchased some parts for my 1998 Dyna Wide-glide. Your basic oil change and maintenance. I needed a part for my rear turn signals which I recently converted from old style turn signals to the newer style. Big Difference in the look. Fortunately I had your parts salesman Ron Leblond who knew what part he thought would work order the part. Sure enough it works "REALLY NICE".
